Bio

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of leading healthcare organizations through growth, operational transformation, and some of their most challenging moments. My journey into healthcare leadership began as a junior at Wake Forest University when a healthcare administration course sparked a passion that has guided my career ever since. Those experiences now shape the guidance I provide to today's healthcare leaders. I earned my Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Cornell University, which led to my first job as an associate administrator with a large for-profit operator of acute care hospitals across the country. Within 14 months, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, beginning a leadership journey that ultimately led to serving as Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout my career, I’ve led hospitals through growth, operational improvement, physician partnerships, and organizational change. I've also advised ambulatory surgery centers, served in interim executive leadership roles, and mentored future healthcare executives as Executive-in-Residence for Cornell University's Sloan Program in Health Administration. Beyond executive leadership, I've served on numerous boards and remain actively involved in advancing the healthcare profession as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Today, I serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare CEOs, executive teams, and boards, helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen organizational performance, and make confident decisions. Having sat in the CEO chair myself, I understand the weight and importance of strong leadership and the value of having an experienced thought partner when navigating important decisions.
